  • Slush Crush is Nashville’s Signature Frozen Cocktail Cart, a fun and memorable mobile bar service for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and more.

    We know you’re looking for that one special thing that your guests will never forget and be clamoring to take a picture with — that’s us!

  • We do not provide alcohol due to TABC regulations. You or the venue are required to supply the alcohol that you’d like incorporated. We will gladly give you a list of suggested alcoholic beverages and our portion guidelines. We want to make this easy for you. The price of the alcohol varies based on the number of attendees and the brand you select to purchase.

  • We recommend that you book Slush Crush as early as possible. The earlier you book, the better our availability will be. For certain add-ons, we kindly ask for a minimum of 4 weeks notice to ensure we can accomodate your requests effectively.

  • Booking the cart is easy, please fill out this request form so that we can learn more about your event. We’ll get back to you within 7 days to confirm availability, ask any additional questions, and book your event.

    A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required in order to reserve your date. The remaining payment is payable at any time, but it must be paid in full within 14 days of the event date.

  • We will arrive to your event at least two-hours before the event start time to set-up and allow the liquids in our machines to freeze properly. If we are able to arrive earlier, or even the day before, we will sometimes setup even earlier.

    Set-up time is included in the prices listed.

  • Yes! Pricing for set-up/clean-up is factored into our pricing automatically.

  • We are located in Nashville, Tennessee but we are happy to travel to your event. Travel within 40 miles of Nashville is included in our packages. After that, please contact us at TheSlushCrush@Gmail.com to inquire about traveling to your location.

  • Our Slush Machine operates a total of 30L (between both tanks), and we use 7oz cups. We estimate that with both tanks full, we can serve 140 drinks.

    When we begin to run low on a tank, we can refill the machine to continue providing drinks during your event. Once the machine has slushed, it freezes new liquids fairly quickly.

  • Our cart is 6ft long x 3ft wide x 7ft tall. If the location has a typical double door entryway or a garage door opening, we can fit inside. We can sometimes fit in a wider single door depending on width.

    We do ask that you make sure that the cart can fit in the desired location and that there is power within 50 feet of our station.

  • Yes! Slush Crush will need access to electricity within 50 ft of our cart.
